Komal Lal is a valuation practitioner based in Suva with experience in property valuation and real estate consultancy. Komal joined SPPCS as an Intern Valuer in 2022, progressed to Assistant Valuer in 2023, and was later promoted to Senior Assistant Valuer in 2024. She is holding a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from the University of the South Pacific.
Through SPPCS, Mohammed participates in projects across Fiji’s property sector, supporting informed decision-making for lending, investment, development, and asset management purposes. SPPCS has undertaken valuation assignments for financial institutions, public-sector organizations, and private clients throughout Fiji.
In his role, as a graduate trainee Ivon assists with property inspections, market research, data collection, property analysis, and the preparation of valuation reports for a wide range of property types, including residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, and special-use properties. He works closely with senior valuers and consultants to ensure that all assignments are completed in accordance with professional valuation standards and client requirements.
With an on-going understanding of Fiji’s property market, Shivnit assists clients in making informed property and investment decisions by providing accurate and reliable valuation advice. His assistants with other colleagues supports financial institutions, government agencies, private investors, legal practitioners, and corporate clients requiring professional property assessments.
