Dr. Abdul Hassan is a highly experienced property professional and Registered Valuer with more than five decades of continuous involvement in the property profession in Fiji, having commenced his professional career in 1973. His extensive career encompasses property valuation, land administration, real estate management, professional education, regulatory oversight, and property consultancy.
With a career spanning public service, academia, professional regulation, and private practice, Dr. Hassan has developed an extensive understanding of Fiji’s property market, land tenure systems, property development, investment considerations, and the economic and market factors that influence property values. Dr. Hassan served 24 years in the Fiji Public Service, holding senior positions and acquiring substantial experience in land administration and property-related matters.
