Komal Lal is a valuation practitioner based in Suva with experience in property valuation and real estate consultancy. Komal joined SPPCS as an Intern Valuer in 2022, progressed to Assistant Valuer in 2023, and was later promoted to Senior Assistant Valuer in 2024. She is holding a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from the University of the South Pacific.
Komal has participated in valuation industry workshops and training focused on the application of the International Valuation Standards (IVS) and current valuation methodologies, reflecting ongoing professional development within Fiji’s property sector.
