Mr.Ivan Pal is holding a Land Management degree (BA Commerce) is a dedicated member of the team at South Pacific Property Consulting Services (SPPCS), contributing to the firm’s delivery of professional property valuation, property consultancy, and real estate advisory services throughout Fiji.
In his role, as a graduate trainee Ivan assists with property inspections, market research, data collection, property analysis, and the preparation of valuation reports for a wide range of property types, including residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, and special-use properties. He works closely with senior valuers and consultants to ensure that all assignments are completed in accordance with professional valuation standards and client requirements.
Through involvement in valuation and consultancy projects, Ivon is gaining practical knowledge of Fiji’s property market, property development trends, land tenure systems, and valuation methodologies. His attention to detail, analytical skills, and commitment to professional service contribute to the firm’s reputation for providing reliable and independent property advice.
